INSPECTION PRICES

• GENERAL HOME INSPECTIONS:
  
     Up to 1500 sq. ft... $275
     1500-2000 sq. ft... $295
     $25 per 500 sq. ft. above 2000 sq. ft.
  
  These prices include: 1) Standard TREC Inspection, 2) Termite Inspection, 3) Energy Efficiency Inspection, 4) Indoor Air Quality, 5) Sprinkler System, and 6) Alarm System (by others).

OPTIONAL INSPECTIONS CHARGED SEPARATELY

• INDOOR AIR QUALITY/MOLD INSPECTIONS:  Slab on Grade, $150. Pier and Beam, $175.

• RETURN TO FINISH INSPECTION (if utilities were off during initial inspection):  $150

• REPAIRS RE-INSPECTION:  $150

• FOUNDATION ELEVATION MEASUREMENTS:  $125

• RETURN INSPECTIONS for unnecessary service calls, $125.

• SEPTIC SYSTEM INSPECTIONS:  test pumps, sprinkler heads and fluid levels, $100. Later by itself, $175. Pumping is by others at their going rates.

• TERMITE INSPECTION:  Official WDI Report, $85. Later by itself, $125. Return for an amended Clear Conducive Conditions WDI Report, $85. Prices are plus sales tax.

• WINTERIZATION:  $75 at time of Inspection. Or $125 as a stand alone procedure.

• DE-WINTERIZATION:  $25

• ALARM SYSTEM EVALUATION by ADT, $0.
