INSPECTION PRICES

• GENERAL HOME INSPECTIONS:  Up to 1500 sq. ft., $250, then $25 per 500 sq. ft. above that. This Inspection includes these other Inspections: Indoor Air Quality, Energy Efficiency, Alarm System, and Termite.

• RETURN TO FINISH INSPECTION (if utilities were off during initial inspection):  $100.00

• REPAIRS RE-INSPECTION:  $100.00

• RETURN INSPECTIONS for unnecessary service calls, $100.

• SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSPECTIONS, $25 at time of Inspection. Later by itself, $75.

• SWIMMING POOL INSPECTIONS, visual only $0, with pump test, $25. Later by itself, $75.

• SEPTIC SYSTEM INSPECTIONS:  test pumps, sprinkler heads and fluid levels, $75. If there are no risers and digging is necessary, add $25. Pumping is by others at their going rates.

• TERMITE INSPECTION:  Inspection $0. If lender requires an Official WDI Report, $85. Later by itself, $125. Return for an amended Clear Conducive Conditions WDI Report, $85. Prices are plus sales tax.

• WINTERIZATION:  $75 at time of Inspection. Or $125 as a stand alone procedure.

• ALARM SYSTEM EVALUATION by ADT, $0.
