• Certified Professional Home Inspector by the American Home Inspectors Training, University of Texas at Arlington.

• Currently fulfilling continued electrical education hours required annually by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (Contractor License #18176 and #83708).

• Currently fulfilling continued education hours required annually by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

• Currently fulfilling continued education hours required by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Inc.

• Currently fulfilling continued education hours for the National Association of Wastewater Transporters. This is for The National Septic System Inspection Certification.

• Attended 8 hours of seminar training by Structured Foundation Repairs, Inc for Residential Foundation Inspections.
