VERIFICATION OF REPAIRS

After my Report has been studied, it is customary to have some repairs completed before the close of escrow. You, our client, will give us a list of the repairs. We will then re-inspect these repaired items. I will then give you an additional report describing the status of these repairs.

FOUNDATION ELEVATION MEASUREMENTS

A standard home inspection is a visual one. But when it comes to possible foundation issues, a visual inspection sometimes is not enough. That is when a professional grade foundation level can come in handy. A “ZipLevel” measures a home’s foundation elevations with a high degree of accuracy. It measures how much different sections of a foundation have either settled or heaved. This additional inspection can be performed at the time of the standard home inspection. You will not have to wait the 3-5 days extra that foundation contractors will take to arrive. This is also a great tool to help determine if the seller will have to address a foundation issue. There is an extra chare of $125 for this additional service.
